After returning late from dinner the suite heater was not working properly and bright chandelier light above bed had no switch to turn it off. After sending engineer to room and after half hour he could not turn off, then we had to sleep in another because to late to repack everything. Next day they committed to fix heater and light. They had 2 people go into ceiling to disconnect light and they left ceiling and insulation particles all over bed which we found ob return along with the suite not serviced. I had to call housekeeping to clean room and mess left by engineers interfering with only rest time before dinner. The hallways have foul odor from some sort of wood finishing on the wall. It smelled toxic. They left hotel vouchers equivalent of $40 USA for all the issues. They did not fix heat in room, but very loud portable heating in the living room . I explained this did not solve heat issue bedroom, then they suggest wr sleep in another room 5 floors away. They did comp dinner after I laughed at $40 voucher, but i after i suggested it. So pathetic that they did not pick up 1 bottle of wine we had at dinner, but it was typical of their lack of customer service and awareness
