We stayed in triple room for 3 nights.
- We got 3 bottles of water every day except the last night. We requested from the reception , she said hotel’s drinking water was out of stock and she would bring us next morning. We asked again in the morning, the manager said that she's also waiting for water delivery. They supposed to send the water last night and she can do nothing about it. I asked what time that water supplier would bring them in, she said, may be in the afternoon. So I asked if we can check out a bit late while waiting for our water. She said, No.
We can’t accept that , It was hotel’s duty to bring water to the guests every day. So we ask if they can buy any other bottle of water for us instead. That women said “ No, we cannot do that, if you want to get some drink you can wait until 11:30 and we will bring some welcome drink for hotel’s guests.” I don’t think that was our false, why we have to waste our time waiting for that water we supposed to get since last night.
Since we started to talk louder and looked angry, that staff said, OK, wait a minute I’ll find some water for you. Then she asked a man in back office for something and he could bring 3 bottles of water (just like the one we got in the room) for us immediately. What’s going on, you have water but you didn’t give them to us
- the soap holder in bathing section was broken, we ask the staff to fix it, but no one did
- The wash basin was clogged, we ask staff to fix it, again, nothing happen for 3 days
