Hotel was nice and cozy. Staffs were smiling and polite and seemed responsive to your request at a very low speed.
First night was so noisy, window shaking from EDM party that they said it was from neighbor hotel.. got it done 3 hours after compliant at 1am.
I wrote email first for specific request and they did reply email, but nothing was prepared. It seemed to me like many of the staffs were just saying ‘yes’ with the ‘whatever dude’ attitude. Room service took too much time for simple request like towel or tea.
Breakfast was nice and fun. There’re many categories to choose from. I loved the juice station where you can create your recipe. But again, -2 for staff for shoving hot coffee over my head without signal.
Cleanliness is so so. They should change rubbish bin in the toilet though.
Check out process took about 40 minutes so prepare your time.
