We had a problem checking into the hotel. We’re told that the reservation is cancelled. We got the email from Hotel.com couple days before check in regarding the upcoming hotel.
We were shocked upon arrival with the news.
They managed to let us and our friend traveling together check in with the same price.
The tour agent lady at the reception desk was very bad.
She booked three of us into the large group tour instead of a small one. She was wrong with the tour time (she said it finishes at 2, but it was 5, etc)
The last night at the hotel, we asked the hotel receptionist about the place to eat, preferably the local authentic meals.. But all the restaurants were closed on Friday evening including the fast food places. we had to walk about 1 hour finding the open place to eat in the cold wether.
There’re some communication problems in English at the hotel.
The hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location.
