Good location popr service
At night, I stayed in the room on 27 of December 2017 on room no. 501. Then, I got one guy, he has used the card trying to enter my room, after he couldn't open it, he just left. 10 mins later, he came back again with the card. this times, he could open my room. I had to push the door and told him that this is my room. Then, he told me that this was his room as well. Then he left my room. I called the reception to ask about the issue. The reception said that it was a mistake. I told I needed a reason. She said she will call me back but nobody called back. On the checkout date, I asked the reception, she said that the management was already warning her and gave me a business card to contact manager. The business card was for contact the manager for next time if I would like to use the hotel but actually, the hotel should do something better than this because If the man was hurt me. How will the hotel be responsible?
