The overall of this hotel is good. Positive parts are location and private onsen, while the negative parts are hospitality and services. Some of check-in staffs have no service mind at all and have double standard treatment between western and Asian travelers. Some staffs in the restaurant are also not well-trained and have no service mind. This is really a big part that need improvement. I stayed in various hotels in Japan ranging from business hotels to ryokan. However, I would say the staffs of this hotel have lowest hospitality and service-mind. In other word, it's far below Japanese standard. However, the rooms are nice with the mixture of Japanese and western style.
