Disappointing and overpriced.
I splurged on a one bedroom suite for a weekend trip to Boston for my 8 year old daughter’s Christmas present.
We arrived to the beautiful lobby to check in and I was told we were in another building across the street. The building had no lobby, no door person, no people (we did not cross paths with any other hotel guests the entire 3 days).
The entire hotel experience was not there, which is what makes hotels so fun, especially for children. There were no bathrobes and slippers, I called down the 2nd night to request them and was sent a robe with a massive hole so I had to call back again. I called the front desk a few times and the phone would just ring without anyone answering. It was an incredibly disappointing hotel experience for our weekend away together and I feel quite upset I spent so much money on this “hotel”. I absolutely would not go back to the Battery Ward hotel.
