The first room I was staying in, had a leaking tap, first I thought it is only insufficient cleaning, then after another day I reported it to the reception, the man just gave me another room key even without wanting to see it! then I insisted that he comes and checks it.. they gave another room in the end.
There was no cleaning my whole stay! Even the trash was not taken out! I wouldn't have needed much more, but at least that...
The bathroom and the room needs renovation and a full cleaning!
Hot water was only available after several minutes every day I tried to have a shower!They were nice with early breakfast requests, but only for the first night, and there weren't that many guests there.
I left one day earlier, the man didn't even ask why when I was checking out…
This is considered a three star hotel, but there are some basic things missing, however nice and friendly everything looks from the outside…
I would like to have a partial refund as this was not a positive experience at all and I made the booking through hotels.com
