We arrived at the hotel and the gate was closed. A worker told us, we cant stay since they are doing some renovations. We booked the hotel 6 months ago and paid the full amount before. It was getting dark and the person gave us a dirty room, with bugs on the floor, used dirty shower with hairs and a used rug. No chef was there in the kitchen to prepare dinner. The person made some fish for us. We decided to not stay one night longer after this experience even though we booked and paid 2 nights. Of course we got no refund. We found out that nobody was aware of our coming. We got no apologies at all. We would never recommend staying there!

Neba and Donovan were awesome hosts! This place is definitely not for tourists tho 😭 the drive was crazy

If you are looking for luxury and sophistication Starlight Chalet is not for you; however if you want lay-back, quietness and nature walks with very helpful staff, I will recommend. High-five for Peter the chef.
