UNPLEASENT STAY IN NAUTIC HOTEL!
-Room was not clean!
-ONLY one plastic glass in the room
-No coffe / tea available in the room. When asked about coffe the receptionist asked payment first (1€ for each coffe bag). We paid 2€ for 2 coffe bags!
- Last day (Nov. 9th): No cheese, butter, no eggs, no tomate/ cucumber /breads /no breakfast tea...!
When I asked THE REASON WHY MAIN FOODS / DRINKS OF BREAKFAST BEING NOT AVAILABLE AT THE BREAKFAST ON NOV. 9th
THE RECEPTIONIST replied ' THE HOTEL WILL BE CLOSED STARTING ON NOV. 9th!'
They charged us 20 € for breakfast on Nov. 9th too! €20 WAS NOT THE REAL COST OF THE BREAKFAST WE HAD ON NOV.9th AT NAUTIC HOTEL!
WE WANT €20 REIMBURSEMENT!
This is not acceptable! We didn't have chance to leave and go to another hotel as the payment had been done earlier. It has been recommended by you!
PLEASE ALSO SEND OUR INVOICE BY MAIL!
STAYING AT BALCONIES IS NOT SAFE BECAUSE SOME STRUCTUREL PARTS/ PIECES AT THE BOTTOM WALLS OF BALCONIES HAD BROKEN /SEPARATED PIECES. PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN.
OUR BREAKFASTS ON HOTELS BOLOGNA / BERGAMO HAVE BEEN PERFECT!
