Terrible service
The room was nice enough but the bathroom was tired and felt dirty. The staff said to run the water for a long time for hot water to come, though even that provided no hot water. There was no water pressure either.
The hotel offers free airport transfers so I coordinated my flights with the staff in advance. Still there was no driver waiting for me in arrival. I had to call the hotel and wait 45 minutes or so for the driver to show up.
I coordinated tours with the staff in advance though when I arrived, the people I coordinated with weren’t there and the guy claimed he had no records of my emails. Suggestion is to book your own tours via a tour company, not the hotel.
The food at Azul and beach restaurants was very mediocre though pricey like what you’d expect in a big US city.
This trip was 100% a waste due primarily to the hotel’s lack of service.
