Arrived and they didn't have a record that Orbitz had followed through to make the reservation. I had a confirmation number from Orbitz. They were sold out. I had to rebook at another hotel. Olyvia was the manager and was very nice and great to work with. Sadly still there weren't any rooms. She worked with Orbitz and I did get a refund. Still had to rebook to a different hotel at a different price, etc.
