The level of the hotel did not correspond to the rating. I talked about it with another hotel quests, and they said, that they had changed the rooms three times during their stay.
Our room was worn and the sofa , for example, looked suspicious. The shower did not get hot/warm water at times, and the water pressure was really weak. Upon the check-in, nothing was said about hotel's services (e.g. where/when to get pool towels). At the breakfast there was always a traffic jam with the coffee machine, and the one of the machines was often stuck. The hotel customer manager was friendly and helped us on several occasions. Otherwise, the staff did not seem as friedly as, for example, in other two hotels on this vacation.
