Great location, step out the front door and cross the street to pedestrian and bicycle friendly port area, go around the corner and you step into the Gothic quarter. I upgraded our room to a triple, to have an adult sized bed for myself and separate twin for my daughter, plus an exterior room with Juliette balcony looking toward the port. Triple room included a bathtub and shower in separate enclosures, which allowed simultaneous showers, very nice for travel with a teenage daughter. Water pressure very high, room was beautiful, breakfast
very well laid out so there was no crowding. Decoration was thoughtful, pages of illustrated Don Qixote for the classic feel we were looking for. Overall a great boutique hotel experience. Front desk staff all professional and courteous. Room fairly well soundproofed, could hear street noise but rarely loud enough to disturb sleep. The only downside was a room thermostat that cannot be adjusted by occupants so we were uncomfortably chilled trying to spend time in the room, and hot water outage on our last day, which they had fixed by 10pm.
