As soon I got off my transportation from the airport the doorman Mr. Jesus "The Little Superman" took my luggage and he was so welcoming and make us feel like we were arriving to home, he guided us giving us a tour of the beautiful facilities to the place for Our Check in Where Mary Esther received us with all possible attention, despite arriving very early for our check in, they always gave us VIP treatment from food, drink and attention to non-stop. Juan Carlos and Rafael always assist us in the pool and beach area with the best smile and Juan Carlos with his jokes, Juan Francisco the Best Restaurant Captain, unmatched attention, Daniella at the Buffet with the best Smile. Estenia the housekeeping was so kind, hygienic, how she accommodated us, she always made sure we had everything we needed since there were four of us in a room. Something that fascinated me is the emblematic greeting from the employees to the hotel director who uses to place his hand on his chest either to greet you or to welcome you to any establishment within the hotel. It is spectacular, at least they made me feel special and important during my stay. There will be better hotels, with more stars in more exclusive areas, but Jewel Palm Beach has the best and warmest service that I have been able to experience.
