This wasn't my first time staying at this property, but it was my last. I saw a roach when I first entered the bathroom, not shocking for South Texas.
However, once I actually went to bed I felt one in my arm. Thought it was a fluke. As the night progressed roaches were crawling all over me. I called the front desk about 1am, yes I waited so late, and ask for roach spray, there was none available. I shook out bedding, but alas the roaches kept coming. I advised the overnight staff by going to the lobby. When I finally checked out, with no sleep, the morning person did apologize, but offered nothing else. This was a horrible experience, not mentioning the very worn mattress. Franchises should have secret shoppers. I only have videos , but there's no option to upload videos
