So bad; old fashion room, dirty and no view!!
The location is good in the heart of city. The entrance is shared with restaurant and the reception counter are not impressive at all (looks like laundry counter). Staff is not friendly. The apartment is an old renovated building. The corridor and room has a bad smell. The bed is comfy but the room itself and carpet are not clean. You can see ducts on furniture, telephone, etc. at living room. The chairs are also dirty; don't want to sit down on them. The bath room is even worse; broken tile, bad ventilation, and very old style.
The room is on 2nd floor with no view facing to another building. Ventilation fan of another building is very loud when it was working.
We traveled in Melbourne for 6 days and stayed at 4 hotels, this hotel is the most expensive one and the worst one. We will definitely not recommend this hotel. You better select another hotel within free tram zone. It is also convenience.
