The hotel was clean, but the bathroom had a bad smell.
The reception desk staff were unfriendly. They made mistakes during both check-in and check-out; however, they displayed an arrogant attitude.
Brian is amazing at Hilton Beijing. He is very professional, kind, and helped me a great through throughout my stay. Brian made my day today and I would love to stay here again given amazing service.

This is the worse 5 star we have stayed at, I really don’t understand how did they get the rating, fairly speaking, this is just a 3 and half star hotel in my honest opinion.
It took us nearly 2 hours to check in as it seems the hotel is fully booked.
The room is extremely cramped and badly maintained, when we took the shower, the water is leaking out of shower door and we have to put towers on the floor.
They do have air fresheners in the room but the room still smells for some reasons.
There are so many better hotels than Hilton Beijing, don’t come here.

I had an issue accessing internet from my work computer. The staff there was very proactive and helped me solve the problem. A young staff, Andy Wang was the one who came up to my room and tried different ways before eventually solving the problem. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to be rewarded for outstanding service.
