Not a good quality
This state did definitely not go as planned. The initial check in process.Staff was very friendly and very helpful. But once walking through the hotel, especially on the floor we stayed on.We quickly noticed that there were some major repairs that needed to be we. When we arrived in the room, it continued to be evident that repairs needed to be done. The tables were wobbly and unsa, the carpet was ripped up and torn all the way to the baseboard, going into the restroom, exposing the carpet nails, we killed several roaches while in the room, the pillows were very old and seen better days. Therefore, not even functional. The pull out bed, arms and entirety of the couch was stained with multiple substances and was very unpleasant, the room overall had an odor of must. The only thing clean and tidy was the restroom. The checkout staff was very unfriendly, and unwilling to work with or give proper information . The final issue was the breakfast. The juice itself tastes like flavored water and add clearly been watered down entirely too much.

Great place at a great price
We loved this hotel the first time we stayed that's why we stayed again. This room had a couple simple issues but manageable. This location is next to almost everything. We drove into Dallas to do a few things but to come back to a laid back town with easy travel was so relaxing. I highly recommend.
