Basic hotel showing some wear. Some dirt or mold in bathroom. Main issue was toilet stopped flushing and housekeeping started vacuuming right outside my room at 9am waking me up before check in. From desk staff were nice. Beds comfy.

Beautiful Hotel!
Our second stay at this Lakeshore /Vernon H. Indigo was just as perfect as our first! Pleasant, friendly staff! Beautiful room with a decent amount of space really helps you relax. Comfortable mattresses & variety of pillows. Definitely not your cookie cutter hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Making Memories
It's a lovely place. It's not ultra new but comfortable. There was a stale smell to the room but overall nice. The beds were really comfortable!!! The staff were really helpful and accommodating. That's one the top reason I would stay at this hotel again.

Strange
The staff was friendly, but the hotel condition was strange- wood was broken in elevator, dated decor. It seemed as though people were living in the hotel- some rooms had wreaths on it. No ice machines- you had to go to restaurant for ice. Toliet clogged -the whole place just had a weird vibe.

Room sucked
The experience was ok but overall sucked the first room I got was not good the was used condoms in the trash and the bed looked like someone just got done using it and put it back together real fast told the front desk they put us in another room they said it was an upgraded room lol. This room was the same room type but the AC didn't work and the room was humid and damp then they moved us to another room and this room was ok I guess but overall not pleased I would of liked some type of compensation cause it was 180 bucks that I did not enjoy throwing away lol but whatever.
