We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn, East Windsor. While we had no major complaints about our stay, the customer service was horrible. Upon checking in the person who helped us was very rude and short. From the moment she said “can I help you” you could clearly hear she was unconvinced by us bothering her. I did check for a name tag and she wasn’t wearing one. She didn’t seem like a manager and she wasn’t dressed like one. She made a comment about us checking in a little early and how we should have called. I explained we did call, multiple times, both the day before our trip and the morning of with no answer. We also ate on premises. We went down for dinner, there was one other man in the restaurant and our food took over an hour. Our waitress also kept forgetting about us. While the room was comfortable and nicely decorated, we booked two rooms and both had issues with the toilets. We only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a major problem. The shower pressure was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. If you’re looking for somewhere just to rest your head for the night this hotel will do but they need to work on their customer service.
