The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location, just a short walk from Hakata Station. It’s also very close to a subway entrance, which is great in cold weather—you can quickly head underground to escape the chill.
However, we were assigned Room 201 on the second floor, and the experience was just average. The room itself was quite dark, though the space was acceptable. The biggest issue was the persistent bad odor in the bathroom, which was quite strong. It was unclear whether it came from the pipes or the toilet, but we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Additionally, the central air was difficult to control, either being too hot or too cold, with no comfortable in-between.
We stayed for five nights, and overall, the experience was just so-so.
