nice new business hotel with new very nice rooms, but the lobby looked like a haunted house with no service staff to speak of and no smiles. no decent restaurants in hotel or in the area as district is new. I would recommend Novotel to send their staff from Paris to help train the locals more.

Spacious and new, service could be improved
Room is large and spacious, beds are comfortable. Staff training should be improved to strive for better service. e.g., our group of friends stayed there for 2 nights and four room are scattered onto different floors. Some are provided with breakfast coupons but some without. It is good that toilet and shower are separate, but better to have curtain to block out the glass doors of toilet and shower. The restaurant during breakfast time was very noisy, Chinese people always used to speak out and cross over tables but it is annoying to foreigners. Understand it is out of the hotel's control but hope they can make some notes or reminder to the Chinese guests.
