Terrible experience with airport shuttle pickup
The main reason I gave a very low review of this hotel is because of my terrible experience with the airport shuttle bus that was supposed to be provided by the hotel, from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at the airport on 10/24/24 around 5pm. After getting my luggage I followed the instructions and requested pickup from the website. I was instructed to wait at the specific spot. I did. But the bus never came. I called twice - the first time I was told the driver was coming and will call me, but there was no call. I called the second time and nobody answered. I waited for another 20 minutes and there was no bus. I finally spent more than $30 and got a taxi to take me to the hotel. I complained to the person at the receptionist but he argued with me saying their shuttle worked which apparently did NOT work for me. Aside from this, I do not have other complaint for this hotel. I will NEVERY EVER stay in this hotel again!

Overall great experience! Was able to get early check-in and late check-out. One of the afternoon front desk attendant was very helpful who got our room serviced even after 3 pm per our request leaving the hotel late that day.
