Initially booked @ their Boni Branch but they put me into Sta.Ctuz branch@ 66 yrs in 4th floor quarantined in a room.no window..thin linen for blanket so u dont turn on aircontioning (wise huh!)No kitchen to provide at least short order meals. DOH instruction while on quarantine not to buy food from outside ..600 / day meals.. no food choice -- eat whatever is served..however..granting u order food via grab.or panda I wad asked to pay 100 pesos to the staff who brought the food to my room..( my hotel fee includes service charge but to a certain limit)..so good luck to the next occipant*

Need more attention on facilities, the said (unfinished or natural) design if rooms looks untidy

Aircon and close to amenities.Encountered problem
No waredrobe facilities. No where to hang clothes. We are staying f or 5 days.
Payments online took a while before the staff can consider it. Reason can't access the online payment details. My daughter has to ring expedia and the hotel staff to verify and confirm the payment.
The basin got clog.I have to call service late at night. The guard help unblocked the basin. A plastic found. Only wash our hands as normal. Might have been there before.
No regular supply of clean towels.
No soap provided. I have to buy my own soap.
