After having been in the nicest parts of Pints Cans and Santo Domingo, I needed a one night stay at a hotel. The Whala, the worse option. The room was very dilapidated and the front desk was impolite and deceitful Place was outdated, dirty and noisy.

We booked a room to accommodate 4 people- The most expensive one - we were given the cheapest sofa bed , no blankets, no hot water for the 2 nights we stayed there, and the excuse was the hotel was full - Clerks were not pleasant or helpful, he kept saying that’s what we booked and there’s no refund- Very unprofessional- when I didn’t even ask for a refund- I wouldn’t stay here , ever .
