Arrived but then being told by hotel receptionist that “sorry sir, we didn’t received your reservation. We don’t have any aggrement with hotel.com”. Seriously??? I’ve report to hotel.com, after 2 times talk to the consultant, i still didn’t receive my refund. First time happen to me. I like hotel.com so much. Hope they will refund my money ASAP.
Rooms were not reserved and hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The hotel also used pictures that did not portray the actual condition of hotel. Had to find another hotel last minute.
