スタッフの方、皆さま感じの良い対応で感動しました。 エレベーターが故障していると事前に連絡を頂いておりましたが、地下2階（風呂）から3階（客室）の往復はなかなかの運動でしたｗでもそのことにたし配慮が多くありドリンクサービスや帰り際の手土産まで頂き、逆によかったと思うほどでした。 次、蔵王行く際には必ずリピートしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 あと、かけ流しの温泉は完璧です！
