I booked this hotel online from HOTELS.COM and getting there they said my booking was not received by the hotel. I have to pay another money for Executive Suite but that put me in Standard Suite. The hotel Smell and all the interior smell. the refrigerator don't work and smell too. They never refund the difference because I paid for executive suite and the put me on standard suite. The management are very doggy so do the staff. I bought EVA water from them and they gave me tap water instead. In summary PLEASE DON'T USE THIS HOTEL.

The staff were marvelously good, the management on the scale of 1 to 10, ISNO hotel rate is 2/10.The management made me paid again denying hotel.com service, unacknowledged my payment through hotel.com and fortunately for me , hotel.com are very customer friendly, the fees paid was refunded to me. please, if there is anyone managing ISNO HOTEL, they should please do better.

Hotel refused to accept Expedia Voucher
Did not get any better after hotel refused Expedia Voucher, they told us they don't take online bookings and mad me pay again!!
