First off, the apartment was very small. It was essentially a bedsit. It was however very conveniently located, a ten minute walk from the train station and maybe a leisurely twenty-minute stroll into the centre. However the location was up quite a steep hill, which was fine for us but maybe not for those with mobility issues. Similarly there was no elevator in the building, at least not that I could see. The room itself was perfectly adequate, if basic. Bed, hob, microwave, sink, fridge, bathroom. Very clean when we arrived. For us, it was a bed and roof over our heads and little more. Perfect for someone unfussy but don't expect luxury.
