Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok.
