I did not know there was such a nice hotel in Tepoztlan near all the stores and the entrance to the archeological site. I got a good night's sleep and was relaxed and well-rested. I will definitely be returning here in the foreseeable future.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, si quieres subir el tepoz está perfecto, tiene estacionamiento, es bonito…. pero fue horrible dormir, no descansamos nada, la cama con cualquier mínimo movimiento sonaba muchísimo, como de que estaba apunto de quebrarse la madera o estaba mal armada, también hay mucha luz en la noche, en pasillos, en fachada, en calle y las cortinas dejan pasar mucha luz nunca tienes algo de obscuridad… al bañarnos no regresamos la tapa de la coladera en la regadera, salimos y al regreso nos tocó todo el olor a drenaje, cambien a coladeras con trampa de olores para no tener que tocar la tapa o preocuparte por eso….

En general bastante bien, muy bien ubicado, condiciones limpias, bastante amplias habitaciones y espacios en general. Alberca limpia. El servicio podría mejorar son muy pocas personas. Terrible el wifi en los dispositivos móviles y en las televisiones de los cuartos. Comida del restaurant bastante promedio, en lugar de pagar el desayuno “incluido” conviene más salir a los restaurantes que quedan muy cerca.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. El servicio y la atención del personal fueron excelentes. Me tocó visitar durante días un poco fríos y lluviosos, por lo que el agua de la alberca estaba algo fría, aunque entiendo que fue por las condiciones del clima. La cama y las almohadas son bastante cómodas, lo cual se agradece mucho para un buen descanso. Como observación, en las dos habitaciones que reservamos, las camas rechinaban al hacer incluso movimientos ligeros, lo cual podría mejorarse para una experiencia más confortable. Aun así, en general, quedamos satisfechos con la estancia.

Me gustó la construcción, el área de la alberca y el servicio del restaurante. No me gustó que la alberca esté descuidada (los adoquines sueltos) y no la limpien de animalitos durante el día. Las colchonetas de las sillas de la alberca las apilan mojadas y no las colocan temprano para que se sequen y no huelan mal. Que aclaren bien cuando dan servicio de restaurante porque me dijeron que los fines de semana sí pero entre semana solo desayuno, pero realmente su fin de semana es viernes y sábado.
