I found GML for my son and his girlfriend as a gift. I thought it would be special-with a small jetted tub and kitchen in the room. My son immediately texted photos saying that they love it!
Photos looked great! This afternoon they asked for another night but it was too late... Sold out for tonight so I booked a 2 star, Eagle Motel.

Small rooms, quiet area, clean and has everything you need, just a tight fit. Nice balcony with table and chairs for more room. Bed was comfortable. Close to The Pantry (best restaurant) and trails all around for hiking.

I did not receive the email or text that would have given us the information on how to get into the room. What was good was there was a number to call and the gentleman took care of getting us set. Lovely visit thank you so much!

We did’nt expect the hotel to be a Bed and Breakfast. There was no staff or anyone on sight to talk to.When this was booked it was completely misrepresented as a hotel and the pictures were not what we expected.
All we received was a confirmation email with a room number and a door code.
We will not recommend the Green Mountain Lodge to anyone.
There were no signs on the property to let us know were at the right place.

Check-in was EASY (no desk) and staff responded promptly on the phone. Lodge was obviously getting some work done, so patio was unavailable. This did not bother us, though I thought maybe it should have been mentioned. The room was small but very clean. Small didn't bother us, except that we kept hitting our legs on the corner of the bedframe.
Safe, Quiet and charming, Found my favortie spot in Green Mountain Falls

Love this Lodge
Our stay was amazing! Wonderful room with a kitchenette and large balcony! We were travelling with our pup and they were so accommodating of her. The caretaker was so kind and such a joy to visit with. The location is perfect and the view was beautiful. Just a short walk to the tiny town and the stream runs from the lodge to the lake. I will certainly stay again!
