Room needed a complete update,light tiled floors were heavely marked,paint chips on stair rails,could have been painted !! Spiral stair steps to bedroom were poorly repaired. The bed was comfortable Shower hot. Breakfast average.

Staff are great, polite and helpful. But… this is not a four star.. corridors and breakfast look like a youth hostel, we stayed in a suite, basic furnishing, scratched white floor and faded untidy rugs, not what you would expect from a four star hotel suite. Disappointed.
