No welcoming and greetings from the staffs, the bell boy just do nothing even he saw my son facing problem and difficulties with some luggages. the bath tube in my room is broken, the water drain can not opened. The wifi speed is very slow, bad and weak signal.

great, helpful staff. guest wi-fi was a little unstable, but i was given the hotel's login which was a lot better only stayed a couple of nights, and i was out on business during the rest of the time, so i didn't have much chance to sample all the facilities. But of the facilities i did use, they were all good. If i come back here again on business, i'll be stopping here again.

This was my second wonderful visit to the Indonesian town of West Java purwakarta this time for my son's wedding and after party celebration. My wife and I stayed at the Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel. The hotel staff where very helpful and friendly, Wonderful swimming pool, including tennis courts, paintball & Archery. Recommended hotel but could use more choices of western food on the menu.

Sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini, setiap kali pulang kampung ke purwakarta. Menurut saya ini hotel paling bagus di purwakarta. Menginap dengan memesan 2 kamar, salah satu kamar pesanan saya di up grade menjadi kamar deluxe. Fasilitas hotel ini lengkap, makanan di restaurant nya pun enak.

仕事で利用しました。使っていませんが綺麗なプールがあり家族で来たらいいだろうなと思いました。食事はブッフェはやや単調でしたが、メニューでのオーダーは結構美味しかったです。飲食の金額はやや高めですが、周りに何もない分仕方内科と思います。全て平均的ですがスタッフのサービスは良かったと思います。
