The room was exactly what we wanted for the holidays, clean, convenient location walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Loved the jacuzzi to warm up from the cold, adjustable big screen tv, heated room and gas fireplace. The text communications were great, responses were quick, even dropped off extra sheets, towels & snacks late night. Parking right out front. We will definitely return!

Jenica was there upon arrive only Because she was cleaning a room, she reassured she was the one I was communicating with on the phone for checking in because this place doesn’t have a main office. AC worked very nice and room and bathroom were very clean. Perfect pricing for last minute reservation. Stayed 3 days 2 nights and would stay again.

had no heat no face or hand towels took over 4 hours for them to bring us two big body towels with iron but still no heat or face, hands towels the whole entire stay.... Was not how to appere on picture the room was old and ran down I would like a full or have refund back I need to report this the state general how this company let owner rent out there property with no heat...
