Clean, inexpensive, but older
It was clean and efficient but clearly in need of updates. An older hotel with peeling wallpaper and odd stained counters. But you could tell it was clean. Enough space for one person and not cramped except in the toilet/shower area. Definitely a room for one person. Very kind staff. I would stay again as a solo traveler because it’s efficient and just a bed to sleep. And a great price.

You get what you pay for with this type of hotel. The location is good, and from Ekoda station you can get to Ikebukuro quite easily. If you want your room to be cleaned the price is currently 3000 yen each time. For extras such as more towels you have to pay. Nearby are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants. During my stay, an earthquake happened and then someone set off the fire-alarm. The night staff were professional, but not many people had any idea what to do. The staff during the daytime are friendly and know some English. However, the staff finish at 6 pm so reach out before if you arrive late.

The room is a kind of outdated, but the room is clean and efficient. This property provides no cleaning or maid services if you stay consecutive nights. You have to take dirty towels to the front desk for exchanging to clean one. Also you have to take your trash to the trash room. The room has the electric vacuum which you can clean the floor anytime you need. The room rates were very reasonable and I was happy to stay this property.

池袋などに比べ江古田は小さな駅で改札からホテルまでの実質距離が近くて良い。駅周辺、ホテル周辺に飲食店がそこそこ在る。隣がローソンで便利。フロントは18時までだが以降も出入りはできる。電子レンジが便利。ユニットバスは小さく大柄な人には厳しい。ベッドはセミダブルで部屋も狭くはない。リーズナブルなビジネスホテルと言える。

江古田駅、新江古田駅の両方にアクセスよかったです。隣がローソンなので困る事もなく、周辺が住宅地や介護施設で人通りも多くなく少なくもなく。 少し残念だったのは、お部屋に入ってすぐの目の前にかなり大きなホコリが落ちていた事。お風呂の浴槽が黒ずんでいた事です。 スタッフさんの対応も親切でスムーズにご案内いただけて良かったです。

駅から10分ほどで、周りにはスーパーや外食出来るお店もあり、便利でした。 どうしても、建物が古いので、中も古さを感じるのは仕方ないと思います。 でも、3種類の携帯充電が出来るプラグもあり、配慮は感じました。 遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、電話で対応もしてもらえて安心でした。 料金を考えたら、寝るだけだと良いのではないかと思います。

仕事先に1番近い宿泊施設として選択しました。 　シャワーのお湯の温度はきちんと調整でき、量も十分に出ました。各部屋に電子レンジ・ミニキッチン・湯沸かし保温ポット等があり、周囲には食材を購入する店舗も複数ありました。飲食店も選択肢が多くありました。食器洗い用の洗剤とスポンジがあり連泊者にはありがたい物でした。 　気になったのは出入り口で喫煙する人は複数存在する時間があったことです。また、多くの人が出入りする為でしょうかエレベーター内の汚れと匂いが少し気になりました。 　スマホを持っていないので、ホテル周囲の案内図とグルメマップが役に立ちました。 　仕事の関係でスタッフとの会話はチェックインの時だけでしたが、柔軟な対応に感謝しています。また利用したいホテルです。
