Jonny, the owner/manager was extreamly helpful. The rest of the staff respectful. The rooms were clean, well apointed and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The location is incredible! Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.
