We rented a 3-bedroom unit which at first glance, seemed fairly clean and decent when we entered it. A closer look though exposed so much hair on the floor of the entire unit(even hair on the sink and the toilet bowl). We informed the front desk about the situation but unfortunately, because it was already late in the evening, housekeeping was not available. With that, we requested for a broom and dustpan so we can clean the unit ourselves. We were told, "we don’t have a broom and dustpan". Unbelievable. After firmly requesting for them again, a front desk employee delivered the items to our room. Other than the digusting floors, more disappointing was the fact that we received zero follow up the next day from the front desk regarding the issue. At the very least, as basic service, the front desk should have done a follow-up call to check if we needed any assistance. I guess they figured we were happy and satisfied that we swept the floor ourselves.
