All of the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! The room, the restaurant and the pub with live entertainment was all 100 percent! I look forward to my next trip to the Philippines and if I am in the Manila area, I would certainly stay here!

2/10 Poor

Everything is a mess!
The place is creepy. Everything in the room is old including the closet. The tv is SO blurry that you can't even see what you're watching. The reception old lady was mean and rude and judgemental. I could say she's talking about me and my friend checking in. She's not accommodating and approchable. The wifi which they advertise for free is NOT FOR FREE. You have to pay for it for like $2 per hour which is insane! I'm paying for the room for almost $40 for a night and everything is a mess! The only thing is good is the food. Even the sink of their bath thub is very hard to use. The water is dripping all over the floor. It's not clean and has a very bad engineering. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Bettee find other place guy, there's a lot cheaper and better. They also advertised the cancellation is for FREE but when you tried to cancel it, they won't refund it! Ridiculous people. #NeverAgain

Idyllic but good for an overnight stay with such a low rate - needs to revamp up about services and amenities, modernize the rooms...

First time to experience a hotel stay without toiletries available in the bath room, pillows are hard and lumpy and filthy inside, disgusting.
