Guest filming in the bathhouse
My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse.

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything i rate at 5 star except for that one time when we checked in at 10pm there was noone at the concierge to take our luggage and we had 5 big ones. But everything else was great. I would definitely come back
