Room was 30° with one fan which was less than effective, room smelled of cigarettes and all our clothes smelled after a few days there, window didn’t open so literally couldn’t do a thing. Beds were fine, location was great - if it had aircon or the window opened would be great.

This is not a suitable place for people to stay. There might not even be enough oxygen for animals. Tropical plants might be able to survive in a place this hot and humid. To keep the room from getting stuffy, we had to prop the door open with a chair. If the elevators are working, you can go up to the upper floors; otherwise, you’ll have to carry your luggage yourself. There should be a system in place to ensure that places like this are suitable for tourist accommodations. We realized that many things we didn’t expect to have to know about—and assumed were “standard” when we arrived—were missing for foreign tourists like us. We’d go for walks outside just to get some fresh air. Unless you’re a vegetable, you might want to consider staying somewhere else.

perfect location, all essentials needed provided, really quick free wifi and smart TV in the room. The check in process was bad, the room wasn’t ready and was 50 minutes late. Another guest checked in and got moved to a different room when their room wasn’t ready and the staff just stood and watched me wait with a very young child. There was a hidden £50 holding deposit which wasn’t agreed on, the host had previously not responded to a message I had sent hours previously. The room wasn’t very clean, the floor was dirty. The shower and bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. There was no A/C and the windows weren’t safe at all to be open whilst a child was in the room. The staff was apologetic and helpful a couple of times with my pram and luggage. You pay for what you get.

The accommodation was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, it is important to know that there is no ventilation. There is a fan that just circulates the warm air. It was impossible to open the ice box in the fridge as an extra bed was placed in a position that blocked the door from being opened.

Photos deceptive, bathroom exceptionally small and generally fittings of poor quality. Booking was not on their system. Staff were pleasant and helpful and when we checked out we were able to leave our bags and come back for them.

A great option as an alternative to staying in a hotel especially if you are staying more tha3 or 4 nights. Good kitchen including crockery, utensils and glasses. Great location to explore Liverpool city centre.

The 1st room we were given was lovely room but the bathroom was too small for us ,got a basement room which was more suitable .the staff did a really good job making sure we were happy . Things I think were need in the room : Bath mat as shower was slippery Hot water sign above kitchen sink Bread knife ,tin opener and corkscrew And kitchen roll . All of this is meant as constructive criticism as we would love to stay again and would definitely give it a high star rating

Great central location, easy to find, staff were really friendly and helpful. Apartment was nice and clean, bed was comfy, small bathroom but good shower. Kitchen was good, powerful oven and induction hob. fridge with small freezer compartment, basic utensils but Perfect for a few nights stay or longer I'd say, very close to everything you need, there is a tesco express near by. Bars and restaurants close and 10 min walk to the docks. Would definitely stay again.

Really poor experience with this room. The hallways into the building were scruffy and there were mattresses left out on the hall. Outside and inside our room you could smell a strong smell of weed. The room was dingy as it was in the basement and the bed didn’t smell very clean. As the room was under street level if you opened the blinds you could see everyone on the street and you could hear everyone’s conversations on the street including drug users talking into the early hours of the morning outside the room. How you could charge money for this experience is baffling. It was that bad we considered leaving in the middle of the night. I would never use this property again and I wouldn’t trust a Hotels.com reccomendation again
