Perfectly clean room, lots of parking. Quiet hotel. Got there at 3:30 check in was at 3:00. I was told the rooms weren’t ready it would be able 15 minutes. About 29 minutes in I was told they still weren’t ready but they could give me one king when I booked and needed two queen. I explained I need the two Queens and that had to be somewhere very soon. I explained I was very upset that I shouldn’t be waiting for rooms when check in was already passed, all of a sudden they found me a two Queen room In Less than a minutes time. All was great besides that until check out. As I am walking to the break area with my key card I am bombarded by the cleaning lady wanting to know what room I was in and making sure I was checking out. ( had my luggage with me). Followed me to check out. I wouldn’t mind staying again hopefully they figure out there staffing issue or whatever it is causing the issue.

If reliable internet is a must for you, then don’t start here, at night it didn’t work at all and when it works in the morning it’s super slow. Most of the staff were kind, and try to resolve the problems, however the night guy is not the same story. We called earlier to know the pet policy and the women told us it was $50USD per stay, we check in and the guy told me it’s actually $50 per night! Wild difference, when I try to explain he would hear, I told him to charge me for the first night only and I’ll see my options in the morning, suddenly he says he can charge me only $100 for the whole stay, I accept but I can’t shake the feeling that I got scammed or taken advantage of… Also with the internet problem he told us each night that there wasn’t a problem even though when we showed 5 different devices that showed β€œconnected, no internet” he just told us to check later… in the morning we asked and they told us to connect to a new network, it was slow and unreliable but at least it was something… Hotel is super new, nice and clean. If they get the internet working and the night staff with the right attitude I would recommend staying here, but until then stay here if you have a large data plan and can skip the night shift :)

Hotel is new, everything was clean and sparkling, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast and coffee was also good. However - the power went out shortly after we arrived, and remained out for at least a few hours. We were in town for a concert, and I was unable to shower and get ready because the power was out. We also had to take all of our stuff back to the car when we left for the concert because we didn't know how long the power would be out and didn't want our personal items locked in a room we couldn't access. The power was on when we arrived back at the hotel after 11pm, but went out again around 4am for an hour or so. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside or it would have been unbearable. Once they get the kinks worked out, I'm sure it will be a great place to stay.

everything was amazing when you walked in you were greeted properly. we had a discrepancy regarding incident fee but that was quickly resolved. The only thing that was utterly disappointing was for it to be a newly opened property my family and I seen 3 roaches in the bathroom and 2 on the ac unit.
