This space was fabulous and the location was great. After many many stays in the city, it was fantastic to stumble across a place where a family could truly be comfortable. The rooms were incredibly clean and the floor to ceiling windows were a game-changer. The beds were solid and the toilet player was 2-ply, but other than that, it felt like a luxurious space! I found this type of stay to be new & interesting to me & would be a place I’d consider booking again in the future. I liked how it was a short walk to a lot of the tourist attractions. The only complaint I have is that my AC stopped working after my first night there & learn from my lesson, if you come across that same issue, I would try & reach out to someone about that instead of leaving it like I did.

Great location, was a 15 min walk from union train station. 5 min walk to millennium park and everything is a quick uber away. Was kind of hard to find the entrance but the staff was very helpful. They send door codes and elevator codes an hour before check in time so don’t panic as I did. Clear description on how to get in and everything you need. Inside the unit was very nice and clean and the kitchen was very useful it’s pretty much a studio apartment. The train passes right by the hotel but it’s not super loud where you can’t sleep I’m not sure about other floors but I was on the 4th. Extremely happy with my stay I would recommend and stay here again. There is no front desk but there is a number to text and they were very helpful and replied right back.

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean with limited noise from the L train. They provided ear plugs and white noise machines, if needed. They communicate quickly and efficiently via the Expedia app and you can’t beat the location. I would stay here again after a very pleasant experience. The luggage storage was full but I utilized another service down the street (bounce) at the art store.

Great things: good amount of space to spread out, very clean, shower has extra shelves, bath and body products are great, there’s a ceiling fan in the room. Less than great things: said ceiling fan is hung way too high to actually do anything, the shower is rather weak, the bed is rock hard (body parts were sore), some of the towels were literally thread bare, even though they were quite responsive via text (other guests noted it too) it’s always a bit odd to not have on sight help, and finally: the train runs right next to it and there is *zero* soundproofing- in fact, it’s less than sound proofed since they have a portable a/c it for the summer which means the window has to be open (open part covered with cardboard). Overall, I would stay again (and try desperately to ensure I get a room facing away from the train), but it would not be my first choice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay & Perfect Location! The location was AMAZING! The space was super cute, clean, and cozy, and it came equipped with a full-size fridge, washer and dryer, and microwave. You literally cannot beat the location right across the street from The Bean and within walking distance of so many things! The property is also right next to a train station, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. I saw a few reviews mentioning the noise, but I barely heard it. I also felt very safe during my stay because you need a code to access the elevators and get to your floor. The only downside was that you couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room yourself, as it seemed to be preset. However, the room was still comfortable and cozy, so it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Another great perk was the free luggage storage! If you arrive before check-in, you can leave your bags and head out to explore the city. They also offer early check-in for an additional fee. I paid $50 to check in at 1 PM instead of 3 PM, and it was worth it for me! Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here! Between the location, amenities, safety, and convenience, it was a great experience. If I come back to Chicago, this is definitely where I’ll be staying again! ❤️🏙️

This is a DIY/B and B set up, the entry codes to the building and room were flawless, never a problem. The option to locker up bags after checkout is great. The amenities were unexpected, down to laundry soap for the washer! There is a bit of noise from the elevated train but that doesn’t bother us at all, we’re in Chicago! The location is perfect for Millennium Park, CSO and the Art Institute. We walked from the Metra at Ogilvie and it took 15 minutes (and we’re in our 60/70’s) Would absolutely stay again!
