Great apartment, although a little compact with the sofa bed out as becomes a squeeze around for the kitchen and bedroom access. Would benefit from the TV being able to swivel as awkward position to watch it. Great lockers free to use before check-in and after Che kout.

This was a great apartment. It was spacious and well equipped. The building was very nice and the luggage storage is a real bonus. Our unit had a separate water closet from the shower which was not so convenient but workable. We had 2 units and the other unit was the usual set up. Our one issue was the location. Not knowing the layout of the land in Vienna, I thought it was more central. There is good public transportation nearby and it is walking distance to the palace but a long walk to the central area. Even so, the pricing was excellent for what we got! Highly recommend.

Really great apartment lots of room with lovely beds already made-up sofa bed, excellent kitchen with dishwasher plates and pots. Excellent location very close to transport and easy distance to supermarket. Very helpful staff, patient and kind when sorting out mistakes in my check out. Very good value!

I would definitely go back again. The location was very convenient - on the same line as St Stephan's and St. Charles' stops. We had our excellent morning coffee at the Tchibo across the street, and there is a Billa supermarket if one wants to make use of the well-equipped kitchen (includes microwave and toaster, and wine glasses!), which we did. They even supply slippers, like many of the Asian hotels do. And there is daily cleaning, unlike many of the hotels where the rooms are cleaned once every three days, or upon request. Whoever did the cleaning did a really thorough job. For people arriving before the official check-in time and wanting to store their luggage, there is a lack of clarity around how to access the luggage storage room and the apparently limited amount of secure space. I found the luggage room unlocked with six lockers, all locked. So there was no way for anyone to use the lockers or otherwise safely store their luggage, unless a person physically came out to allow guests to put in their luggage and then lock the room afterwards. Another guest arriving at the same time as we did called the staff about storing their luggage but they didn't receive a satisfactory response and decided to come back at check in time.

The room was extremely clean with air conditioning to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Daily cleaning was provided. There was a transit station right in front of the property which made getting around easy. It was well lit and easy to find upon arrive.

I love this booking. The apartment-like suite I got definitely had luxury vibes to it (king-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, everyday room cleanings if you want that), yet the price for 5 nights I stayed there was more than reasonable. Great value to be honest. Its location is not in the central part of Vienna, but if you use the public subway system, it's very easy to get to the central part (train stations are very close by, and the subway system is pretty easy to understand and get used to). Uber or Bolt rideshares are also good options. Lots of Turkish dining options in the area too, which I personally appreciated a lot.

The accommodation and facilities are great for the price and location. Very brand new place excellent housekeeping only elevator stopped working but not a big deal, but the place is right across from the U3 stop easy to get around supermarket right across and room Appartement had everything spacious bed room living room with kitchenette and decent bathroom with shower and I’m very happy there beautiful building.
