Newer property that is very nice and well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Room was clean and roomy. Water pressure was great. Room was cool and comfortable. My only complaint is upon checkout, I waited for 10 minutes with no one at desk. I left my key in a basket that was provided on the desk. Great location with well lit parking lot. Would recommend for sure!

Check-in was almost 2 hours late. Had to wait in the lobby. There were loud noises from the AC in the middle of the night that woke us up throughout the night on day one. Breakfast is mediocre. Nothing special. The pool is great. the property is new and clean.

This was our first time to Destin and we now have our “go-to” location for sure. We decided to extend our stay and Shan & Sammy made the process so easy. They were so professional and friendly as were all the staff we interacted with. The room was clean, beds comfy and the restroom was clean and big. The place is beautiful, pool is amazing and has gorgeous view of the golf course.

We actually arrived into town a little early so I called to see if our room was ready and they said it would cost me $75 to check in early. That is completely ridiculous. Especially since she told me a room was ready. Needless to say I was very angry. I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else if the room wasn’t already paid in full. Thankfully the hotel and room were very clean and nice. Not sure if I will book at a Hyatt again though with that kind of early check in policy.

It was good to be there in the hotel.The only problem was. We were traveling from long distance and the room.was not ready .to check in. We suppose to check in at 3pm we end up getting the room at 4.00pm.I which it doesn't happen again if we decide to stay in there.
