The hotel was clean and well maintained. Very innovative designed. The staff was constantly hospitable - opening every door when we enter. The only downside was the room next to us was very loud on our last night which kept us up most of the night - nothing to do with the hotel. I didn’t complain and am hoping for some compensation back.

It seems the hotel just opened this year, so the facilities were brand new and impeccably clean. Although there were few staff members at the front desk and I had to wait a little, the staff were smiling and provided very pleasant, courteous service. Hotel rates in Boston are high everywhere, and it’s hard to find reasonably priced options unless you look quite far out. While this hotel isn't exactly cheap, its proximity to the city center makes it a great choice that offers a good overall balance!

Everything was steller but the best part of the hotel experience was the staff!! The Valet, doormen, front desk, bar and restaurant and room attendants! These people made the stay 100% better. Vishal and his team were top notch and went far above and beyond to be helpful and friendly and kind!! 100% would come back here not only for great hotel great location but definitely for the staff!! Thank you for making our stay amazing !! Hotel is in a great location, easy to get in and out of downtown!! Close to Harvard and some fun spots for food and walk around!! Hotel is new and clean lots of nice touches, coffee in room and great coffee shop next door! Breakfast is great!!

Hotel is brand new. Modern, clean and sleek. Room was comfortable and modern. Downside was the quasi-inexistant water flow in the shower. Do not plan on arriving prior to the 4PM check in unless willing to pay an additional 75$ (we arrived at 1PM).

Overall great hotel. Amenities were limited including at the gym. Staff and food were fantastic. My only caveat is the room walls feel a bit too thin (I was able to hear a full conversation happening in the room next door). Overall lovely experience. The hotel store is gorgeous with really unique items. For Harvard business school it’s an ideal Location!

6/10 Good

the two nights i was there the bar and restaurant were closed. so if you want to stay somewhere where you can have a glass of wine and bite to eat after your long work day this is not where you want to stay. it’s also a good 15 minutes from Boston proper. great for move in for Harvard but not for food or beverages. not sure how a hotel can operate with closing a restaurant on mondays and tuesdays. maybe set up a bar and snack place in the lobby.

The room wasn't cleaned between nights because the hotel said they were having a staffing issue. At checkout, hidden charges appeared, including a $27-per-day resort/amenity fee for facilities such as the gym. This fee was never disclosed during booking, and we didn't use any of the amenities.

8/10 Very good

Overall a very good experience at The Atlas. The pros: fantastic staff, very comfortable bed with great pillows and bedding, spacious suite with no clock - thank you!! Very easy drive to downtown Boston. The negatives for me: no directions from parking garage to lobby, no keypad in elevator - you must select your floor outside the elevator. The breakfast served by room service was poor: presented in a paper bag, overdone mushrooms sprinkled on top of an omelette, and coffee mate creamers - come on guys. Overall the staff and the room made up for breakfast and the elevators, though I am not sure I would recommend the hotel to friends.

We loved the Atlas Hotel, located directly opposite Harvard on a quiet street in Boston. It is a beautifully appointed hotel with good-sized rooms (we took a corner room and were very happy with it), and it is well-suited to international travellers (space for bags, etc). The bed is comfortable, and the rooms are well serviced and clean throughout our stay, with lovely linens, towels, etc. We did have a good hairdryer, essential for me (long hair) and a steamer. We did ask for an iron and ironing board. The iron was super, but the ironing board had seen better days! This was mentioned and replaced quickly. What makes this hotel are the staff; they are friendly, always say hello, and ask if they can help, which made it a pleasure to be here and stay here. This was in the middle of the World Cup, so I can imagine they were busy with many travellers arriving and leaving. We liked the tasty breakfasts and the great cocktails on the top floor of the hotel, which has a good view over the Boston environs. I would be delighted to stay here again in the future. A special place where you feel special for being here.

Outstanding hotel and location, staff super helpful, super clean, restaurants and bars are not part of the hotel which made getting a drink more formal (you can’t just walk up to the bar), but the hotel itself, gym, location, staff, and cleanliness were 5-star
