Boo was amazing she made check in really smooth and easy we were greeted with a nice cold drink. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures the rooms are clean the staff are on top of cleaning the rooms each day. Check in was smooth, reception was welcoming and staff were friendly. The breakfast was solid and cycled daily.Really enjoyed the pool, and the regular staff at the swim-up bar were very friendly. Noise from the road and the shared hallway was sometimes a bit much but youre in Patong, so kind of to be expected Only issues we had was that cleaning of the rooms was sporadic and not always to a very high standard. Some days we would put up the clean room sign at 8am, get home at 6pm and the room wasnt cleaned. It also appeared that the hallway of our floor wasnt cleaned for at least a week with the same noticable dirt and debris being present for that time. All in all a nice stay in the heart of Patong

The hotel was stunning, really quirky and very comfortable. The staff were polite and quick to resolve any issues we had. If you like to sunbathe then the sun only stays on the pool until 2pm and then it goes as it is shaded by the hotel. The Indian restaurant was delicious, however quite pricey for Thailand. We had to request clean dressing gowns as the ones that were in the room on arrival were dirty and smelt like smoke, however the cleaners changed this for us immediately. The hotel in general smelt of cigarettes but other than this the hotel was amazing, the beds unbelievably comfortable. Highly recommend.

Rooms are wonderful. Beds really comfy. It’s noisy as next to a busy road, but everywhere in Phuket is noisy! Staff in restaurant were 50% excellent and 50% useless! Half our tables Meals were served 40 mins later than the first, and then wrong! Food is good though. Breakfast service was a joke. Said ran til 11, At 10.15 there was nothing left and they were shooing us out the door by 1045am. Pool is nice but next to the road and in shade by 1pm. But it’s spotless. If you need a clean, comfy bed near the excitement but walkable distance away, it’s a good reasonable price option
