Hidden gem in center of Karakoy. Spotless clean and spacious studio. Check in was very easy. Location is perfect. You are very close to restaurants and bars but at night it was very quiet. Zeynep answered very quickly to all our questions. We will be back for sure.

Very good with communicating especially when you need help about places and suggestions regarding Istanbul. It is in the center of everything but is quiet once you are in hotel. It is near food places and major attractions and train. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

구글 후기를 보고 예약을 했는데 왜 구글후기가 좋은지 알겠더라구요~ 침대도 편안하고 옷장도 넉넉하고 주방도 화장실도 냉동실이 있는 냉장고까지 완벽했습니다. 약간 무인호텔처럼 느껴지긴 했지만 ;; 왓츠앱으로 소통하며 충분히 친절한 안내를 받았습니다~ 머무는 3박동안 모자란거 없이 좋은 서비스를 받았다 생각하고 떠나는날 손을 흔들고 웃으며 배웅해주시는 모습이 인상적이었어요~ 위치도 좋고 모든게 좋아서 다음에 또 튀르키예에 간다해도 여기 다시 오고싶네요~

Very well located, near ferries and interesting sites but still on a quiet dead-end street away from busier ones. Zeynep was communicating very clearly and quickly, I even got to check in early to avoid waiting with luggage when I asked. The room was clean, well equipped and very cozy with a comfortable bed, so all even better than expected! Water bottles, coffee, tea, chocolates and soap/shampoo was provided, alongside clean towels and slippers. Checking in and out was very easy with a locker system but the human contact was still there by message if needed. I recommend this place to any traveler that wants a calm and comfortable room.

숙소 바로앞에 고등어케밥집도 너무 맛있고, 터키 가정식 식당도 최고예요! 다니다보니 트램과 버스에 익숙해져서 좋았습니다. 밤에 산책나가기도 좋고, 숙소도 편안했어요! 무엇보다 호스트님의 친절한 설명덕분에 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다! 뷰가 없었던 부분 빼면 매우 만족합니다^^

Communication with Zeynep was excellent. Check in details, a good taxi that was reliable to get me to the airport ahead of time and at the agreed rate and just some good general advice. Also there is other staff at the adjascent antique store that were also helpful with advice and when it rained they have me an umbrella. The location is excellent. Being on a dead end road you get no traffic so a good nights sleep. Also the hotel is near a host of bars and restaurants in Karakoy and public transport such as Tunel, tram and ferry. Room was clean and had all I needed. If I come back to Istanbul I would not consider staying anywhere else.

Level suites is super conveniently located around restaurants, cafes and public transportation. The host is super communicative and responsive. The room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend for any stay in Istanbul.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar wenn mal was ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral genug, so das alles schnell fußläufig oder mit ÖPV erreichbar ist und dennoch ist es ruhig genug, so dass man nachts ruhig schlafen kann.

I highly recommend staying at Level Suites. Its location is excellent, conveniently close to two tram stations, Galata Tower, and the port, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it perfect for exploring Istanbul. The owner communicates very well and she was very helpful throughout my stay. The suites are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Mine had a mini-fridge, a kettle, all kitchen utensils you might need. They can also assist you with arranging safe and reliable transportation to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, it offers great value and a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

The place is very well located in a dead end street in the city center. The owner is very kind and very responsive. You will experience a 5 stars cleaning service. The bed is very comfortable and you will get everything that you need for a few days.

Un gran descubrimiento! Zeynep y su equipo son muy serviciales y están disponibles para cualquier problema que se presente. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Uno de los mejores sitios en los que me he hospedado en Estambul. A menos de 2’ encuentras un supermercado y la parada de tranvía de Tophane esta a varios minutos a pie. Barrio fantástico y colorido. Repetiremos visita.

The place was amazing, the perfect base for a truly magical Istanbul trip. The hotel itself is furnished beautifully with antiquities that give you the feeling that you are not only experiancing the modern Istanbul but also getting a taste of its history. The host Zayneb is everything you would want, super friendly, kind and helpful with all our questions and requests. Bed was great for sleeping, room was very clean and also very quiet as the hotel is in a small dead-end street. At the same time, its the perfect location for a morning stroll by the port, close to many restaurants and cafes and you can find both taxis and busses about 4min away. We also got convinced to book the place despite its low number of reviews by other reviews and we are super happy that we chose it!!

Sehr schönes Zimmer in liebevoll eingerichteter Unterkunft mit Kochmöglichkeit, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit Zeynep war jederzeit wunderbar. Sie gab uns viele Tipps und war jederzeit für uns verfügbar. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß oder einfach per Tram/Fähre erreichen. Man kann die Unterkunft auch per Metro vom Flughafen aus erreichen, wenn man etwas mehr Zeit einplant. (Rd. 1 - 1,5 Stunden).

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels empfängt einen ein wunderbarer, frischer Duft – alles ist makellos sauber! Besonders die Betten waren die saubersten, die ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe.die Besitzerin Zeynep ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, und das Personal super freundlich. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Otele girer girmez mis gibi bir temizlik kokusu karşılıyor – her şey tertemiz! Özellikle yataklar şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en temiz yataklardı. Zeynep Hanım inanılmaz sıcak, yardımsever ve misafirlerini en iyi şekilde ağırlıyor. Otelin merkezi konumu harika, personel çok güler yüzlü. Fiyat-performans mükemmel – kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz!
