Room was nice & clean. Bathroom was also clean. There's an Indian restaurant downstairs. On our floor was a water station 🚉 which was excellent. Well located & close to major shops & districts. Taxis run past the hotel. 2 min walk to Mustafa Centre which is open 24hrs. So many shops across the roads and around the hotels.

The staff were very friendly and courteous but the room was very basic. It comes back to, you get what you pay for. There was a safe, but you could pick it up and walk away with it. We didn't have hot water, it was barely Luke warm, but this was not a problem for us. The room had air conditioning which is necessary and the wifi was excellent.

This place is horrible. The bed was clean and comfortable but that’s all they have going for them! Luckily we only booked for 1 night between flights. The bathroom and shower was so disgusting that we didn’t even bother showering. And there’s no toilet paper. There was also a very gross looking empty glass water bottle all that looked like it had not been washed sitting next to the tea kettle. The place smells like mold and rancid oil.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service, Unprofessional Conduct, and Unacceptable Room Conditions My experience at The Quay Hotel Little India, Singapore, was absolutely terrible and far below any acceptable standard of hospitality. Upon arrival for check-in, I was informed by the reception staff that my booking had been cancelled, despite my having a confirmed reservation and the relevant booking documents. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff offered me another booking at a significantly higher price. This was completely unexpected and extremely frustrating. The situation became even more unpleasant when the receptionist insisted that I pay in Singapore dollars immediately. I explained that I had US dollars with me and was willing to exchange the currency and make the payment once the rain outside stopped. The staff showed no understanding or consideration of the situation and repeatedly pressured me to go outside in the rain to exchange the money and pay immediately. Eventually, after considerable inconvenience and unnecessary pressure, I paid USD 400 to secure the room, even though my original confirmed booking was only USD 320. The entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated further when I entered the room. The condition was shocking. Rather than feeling like a proper hotel room, it looked more like a storage room, with an extremely unpleasant experience.
